Network

Our Mission

Our Lands Network is an Earthscaping company focused on cleaning up all forms of matter out of place on public lands. We are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of public spaces by helping local municipalities track & remove litter and debris with data driven reporting technology that can be used by both Government Agencies &

Private Citizens

The Vision

A Platform, Not Just an App

We are building a National Environmental Intelligence Network for Municipal Infrastructure — a real-time reporting and analytics platform that helps Governments identify and respond to Environmental issues faster.

Our mission is to create a simple, scalable system for Land Conservation and Environmental Stewardship across the United States.

The Problem

Environmental hazards like Roadside Litter, Illegal Dumping, and Deceased Animals often go unreported or are discovered too late.

Current reporting systems require people to:

  • Pull over and make a phone call

  • Navigate Complex Government Websites

  • Remember the Location Later

In reality, most people never report what they see.

Behavioral Research shows that if an action is not taken within seconds, the likelihood of follow-through drops dramatically.

As a result:

  • Environmental Hazards remain for weeks

  • Public Works Departments lack real-time visibility

  • Cleanup Crews spend time searching instead of responding

The Solution

We are developing a One-Tap Environmental Reporting System designed for Real-World Behavior.

Drivers and Pedestrians can instantly report Environmental Issues using:

• a Bluetooth-enabled Dashboard Button
• or a Single-Tap Mobile App Interface

When the button is pressed:

  1. GPS location is automatically captured

  2. A report is created instantly

  3. The user receives a Prompt Notification to add Report Details once safe to do so.

  4. Reports appear on a Municipal Operations Dashboard.

This allows Cities to identify issues in real time instead of days later.

Smart Environmental Detection

Multiple reports in the same location automatically create "Environmental Hotspots.”

For example:

  • 3 reports within a quarter-mile radius

  • within a 60-minute window

This triggers alerts for agencies such as:

  • California Highway Patrol

  • Caltrans

  • County Public Works Departments

Thresholds can be adjusted to match Local Response Capacity.

The Button

The reporting device is a small Battery-Powered Bluetooth Button mounted safely within reach of the driver.

Current prototype:

Using the Flic Smart Button

Features:

  • Quarter-Sized Device

  • Simple One-Tap Interaction

  • Easily Replaceable Battery

  • Up to 36-month Initial Battery Life

  • Works Anywhere with a Smartphone

This approach enables fast reporting without interacting with a phone while driving.

The Platform

The real innovation is the Data Network behind the Reporting System.

Every report contributes to a growing environmental dataset that can identify patterns such as:

  • Illegal Dumping Hotspots

  • Litter Accumulation Corridors

  • Roadway Hazard Zones

  • Stormwater Pollution Risks

  • Adopt-A-Highway Organization Accountability

Over time this becomes a National Environmental Intelligence Network.

Preventative Environmental Intelligence

With enough data, the platform can help governments predict problems before they happen using AI analysis of trends such as:

  • GPS Location Clusters

  • Time of Day

  • Repeat Incidents

  • Cleanup Response Times

These Insights can help Municipalities:

  • Deploy Crews Proactively

  • Improve Waste Infrastructure

  • Prevent Illegal Dumping

  • Optimize Environmental Compliance Programs

Market Opportunity

There are Approximately:

  • 19,000 municipalities in the United States

  • 3,000 counties

  • Thousands of Transportation Agencies

Even Modest Adoption Creates a Large Opportunity.

Example:

If 1,000 Local Governments Subscribe at $8,000/month

Annual Revenue Potential Exceeds $96M ARR.

Expansion Potential

The Platform Roadmap Expands Into:

  • Illegal Dumping Detection

  • Roadway Hazard Reporting

  • Environmental Compliance Automation

  • Infrastructure Maintenance Analytics

  • Statewide Environmental Dashboards

Our Long-Term Goal is to become the Core Environmental Intelligence Platform used by Governments Nationwide.

Why It Matters

Environmental Hazards degrade Ecosystems, Threaten Wildlife, and Reduce Community Quality of Life.

By making reporting instant and effortless, we enable citizens to become part of a real-time Environmental Monitoring Network.

Protecting Public Lands is not just a Government Responsibility — it’s a Collective Effort.

What We’re Building

A National Platform that transforms everyday observations into Actionable Environmental Intelligence for Cities, Counties, and Transportation Agencies.
